1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing MakeMeFeel, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What MakeMeFeel provides
MakeMeFeel provides software for creating and playing haptic patterns, responding to music, connecting supported devices, generating AI-assisted patterns and establishing consent-based partner sessions. Features and device support may vary by hardware, operating system, region and subscription.
3. Wellness product, not medical advice
MakeMeFeel is an entertainment and personal-wellness product. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Stop use if you experience pain, numbness, irritation or discomfort. Consult a qualified professional if you have a medical condition that may be affected by vibration or repetitive sensory stimulation.
4. Safe and consensual use
- Use MakeMeFeel only with capable adults who have freely agreed to participate.
- Do not pressure anyone to accept an invite, share control or continue a session.
- Respect intensity limits, stop requests and all boundaries communicated by another person.
- Keep physical access to the device and emergency-stop controls available during use.
- Do not use the service while driving, operating machinery or in any situation where distraction may create risk.
5. Partner control
A partner invite does not itself authorize control. The recipient must review and accept the request. Roles and available permissions are specific to each session and may be revoked at any time.
You are responsible for confirming the identity of the person you connect with and for protecting invite codes or links. Do not share a private invite publicly. We may restrict partner features where necessary to address safety, abuse or technical risk.
6. Devices and compatibility
Haptic strength, timing and availability depend on the connected hardware and platform limitations. A device displayed as supported may still behave differently because of firmware, battery, connectivity or manufacturer changes. Do not modify hardware or use unsupported adapters in a way that may cause damage or injury.
7. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. You may not use MakeMeFeel to harass, exploit or harm another person; bypass consent or safety controls; interfere with the service; introduce malicious code; violate law; or infringe another person’s rights.
8. Your content and AI output
You retain rights in prompts, names and patterns you create, subject to any third-party rights. You grant us a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate and improve the requested service.
AI-generated patterns may be unpredictable and may resemble other outputs. Preview a generated pattern at a low intensity before use. You are responsible for deciding whether it is appropriate for you and any connected participant.
9. Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features may be offered through Apple or another authorized store. Pricing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by the terms shown at purchase and the relevant store’s rules. Unless cancelled through your store account, a subscription may renew automatically.
10. Intellectual property
MakeMeFeel, its branding, interfaces, software and original content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. These terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
11. Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, including device integrations, to improve the product, comply with platform rules or protect users. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeMeFeel is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties not expressly required by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for losses caused by misuse, unsupported hardware, third-party services or conduct between users.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using MakeMeFeel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, safety is at risk or the service is being abused. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
14. Governing terms and contact
Applicable consumer-protection rights in your country remain unaffected. Any dispute should first be raised through the contact form so we can try to resolve it informally. We may update these terms as the product evolves, with the new effective date shown here.
