This policy explains what information MakeMeFeel may process, why we use it and the choices available to you.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the MakeMeFeel mobile application, website and related services. MakeMeFeel is designed for adults and is not intended for anyone under 18.

2. Information we may process

Information you provide

  • Account information, such as an email address or profile name, if an account feature is offered.
  • Haptic patterns, saved preferences and prompts you choose to create or store.
  • Partner invite information and the choices you make when accepting or ending a session.
  • Messages submitted through our contact form, including your name, email address and message.

Information generated through use

  • Device type, operating system, app version and compatibility information.
  • Connection and session metadata needed to connect devices or enable partner control.
  • Subscription status and purchase confirmation supplied by the relevant app store.
  • Diagnostic and security information needed to find errors, prevent abuse and maintain the service.

3. Device permissions

MakeMeFeel may request Bluetooth or local-network access to discover and connect supported devices. Features that use music, a microphone or other protected device capabilities will request permission before access. You can change permissions in your device settings.

We do not activate a camera or microphone merely because a partner session is connected. The permission shown in the app controls the feature that is actually available.

4. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain and improve MakeMeFeel.
  • Connect supported devices and deliver haptic commands.
  • Create, preview and save patterns, including AI-assisted patterns you request.
  • Establish partner sessions after the recipient accepts an invite.
  • Process subscriptions and restore access.
  • Respond to support and contact requests.
  • Protect users, investigate abuse and comply with law.

5. Partner sessions

A partner session may process a temporary session identifier, device status, permission state and haptic commands needed to provide the experience. A request does not start control by itself: the recipient must accept it. Either participant can end the session.

Do not include sensitive personal information in invite labels, pattern names or other fields unless it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing it with the other participant.

6. AI-assisted patterns

When you ask MakeMeFeel to generate a pattern, the prompt and limited technical context may be sent to a service provider that processes the request on our behalf. Avoid placing names, contact details, health information or other sensitive personal information in a prompt.

7. Service providers and sharing

We may use vendors for hosting, diagnostics, AI processing, subscription verification and customer support. The website contact form is processed by Web3Forms. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their service.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or rights, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. Retention

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type. You may request deletion where applicable.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can also withdraw permissions in device settings and end partner access at any time.

10. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to legally required safeguards.
